Terms of Use

Last updated 4 October 2026 · Public marketing website

These terms explain the use of QuickScope's public website, a Bascorp product based in Pretoria, South Africa. Contact hello@quickscope.club. This website offers information and early-access requests; it does not take payments or provide the separately operated business app.

Please read the limits on responsibility below. Nothing here removes a right that South African law does not allow us to exclude.

Using this website

You may browse for lawful personal or business purposes. Please give accurate details when you contact us. Do not impersonate someone, submit information without permission, send spam or harmful code, disrupt the site, access restricted systems, or harvest information in bulk.

We may restrict misuse. Unless a problem is serious or urgent, we will give notice and a reasonable opportunity to put it right.

Our content and examples

Our text, designs, logos and other material belong to us or their licensors. You may view and save material for your own evaluation of QuickScope. Other copying or republication needs permission.

Product examples illustrate the service. The assistant examples on this website are demonstrations, not personalised advice or access to your business records. An early-access request does not guarantee an invitation, an availability date or a particular feature.

Availability and links

We aim to keep the information useful and accurate, but the free website may contain errors or be unavailable during maintenance. Please confirm important information with us. Other websites linked here have their own terms and privacy practices.

Limits on our responsibility

Only to the extent fair and permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this free website, such as lost profits or business interruption. Our total liability for claims about this free website is limited to R500.

These limits do not apply to gross negligence, fraud or wilful misconduct; death or personal injury caused by us; payment-security obligations; or rights and remedies under the Consumer Protection Act, Electronic Communications and Transactions Act or other law that cannot be excluded. Separate agreements govern any paid QuickScope service.

Changes

We will give notice on this website before material changes to these terms apply and update the date above. Changes do not apply retrospectively. You may stop using the website at any time.

South African law

South African law applies. You may approach the South African courts or, where applicable, the National Consumer Commission or Consumer Goods and Services Ombud. These terms do not force consumer disputes into arbitration. If one provision is invalid, the rest applies to the extent lawful.
